Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bodyshopengine.com and, where you engage us, the Body Shop Engine service. By using this site you agree to these terms.

The service

Body Shop Engine provides advertising management, landing pages, call tracking, and the Body Shop Engine platform (including its mobile app) for independent auto body shops, for a flat monthly fee. Advertising budget is separate: clients pay Google directly in their own ad account, and we never mark up ad spend.

Billing and cancellation

• Service is month-to-month. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
• The first month of service is free of management fees.
• Your monthly rate is locked for as long as your service remains continuously active.
• Founding-rate pricing (for shops that onboard during the launch window) is locked for the life of your continuously active engagement. It is non-transferable: if the shop is sold or changes ownership, or if service lapses and later restarts, pricing is set at the then-current rate.
• You may cancel at any time with no cancellation penalty. Service and platform access continue through the end of the current billing period.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

The program. Body Shop Engine (a brand of Turning Point Media LLC) operates an SMS program that sends transactional messages to people who request a repair estimate and provide their mobile number with express consent. Messages relate to your estimate and appointment, and include estimate updates, requests for damage photos, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program, and we never sell or share your mobile opt-in data.

• Consent. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our form. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an estimate.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to be unsubscribed. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@bodyshopengine.com.
• Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message sent and received.
• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
• Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us and to use this site.
• Supported carriers and devices. Messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers. Not all devices or carriers may support every message type.

Your customer data

Your customers are yours. If you cancel, we will export your contacts, conversation history, and booking records and deliver them to you on request. We do not sell your customer data or use it to advertise for any other business.

Performance

Advertising results depend on factors that vary by market, season, and shop, including your ad budget, service area, and how quickly booked estimates are handled. Statements on this site about typical results reflect industry averages or illustrative examples and are not a guarantee of specific outcomes for your shop.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful communications.

Intellectual property

The Body Shop Engine name, logo, and the content of this site are our property. Landing pages we build for your shop are licensed to you for use during an active engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body Shop Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
